Each of our subsidiaries has its own style and culture, resulting from its history and the personality of the men and women working there. Each director is responsible for the proper governance of the subsidiary, and in particular the development of its human resources management. Most of the group’s dynamic comes from the subsidiaries. The subsidiary CEOs are not just ‘profit centre managers’, they are real bosses.
